These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) are concluded electronically between Enes Zorkol — yorumkaldir.com (“Service Provider”) and the natural or legal person creating an account on yorumkaldir.com (“User”) at the moment the account is created.
1. Definitions
- Site / Panel: the address https://yorumkaldir.com and the member panel.
- Service: the reporting, follow-up and documentation work carried out to have 1–3 star reviews that violate Google’s review policies removed from the Google Maps business profile designated by the User, using Google’s official reporting and appeal tools.
- Order: the work request created by the User through the panel for the reviews selected.
- Removed review: a review that is no longer published on Google Maps following the order.
2. Nature of the service
2.1. The Service Provider conducts the reporting and appeal procedures within the framework of the review policies published by Google. The decision to remove a review rests exclusively with Google; the Service Provider does not guarantee the outcome and charges solely on the basis of the outcome.
2.2. The service does not in any way include contacting reviewers, paying reviewers, generating fake positive reviews or manipulating Google’s systems; the User may not make requests of this kind.
2.3. Scan results are based on data published publicly by Google; the Service Provider cannot be held liable for such data being incomplete or delayed.
3. Fees — no prepayment
3.1. No prepayment, registration fee or subscription fee is charged for the service at any stage.
3.2. The fee accrues only per removed review, at the moment the panel detects that the review has been removed from Google Maps. No fee whatsoever is charged for reviews that are not removed.
3.3. The unit price per review is the amount shown in the User’s panel and on the order creation screen. The Service Provider may change the price for new orders; for existing orders the price at the time of ordering applies.
3.4. Accrued amounts are listed in the panel under “Balance” and are paid within the payment term by bank transfer (5% discount) or by credit card (virtual POS, with a 5% transaction fee added to the service fee). Accounts with an unpaid balance after the due date may have the creation of new orders suspended.
3.5. VAT is shown separately on the invoice, and an e-archive invoice is issued according to the invoicing details provided by the User.
4. Guarantee and reinstated reviews
4.1. A removed review is monitored during the guarantee period (the number of days indicated in the panel, 30 days by default). If a review is republished within this period, the fee is refunded or credited against the balance and a new report is filed.
4.2. For reviews written within the last 25 days the “no removal, no fee” principle already applies; the Service Provider processes these reviews with priority.
5. Obligations of the User
- To create orders only for businesses of which the User is the owner, an authorised officer or an authorised representative; for reseller accounts, to obtain written authorisation from the client.
- To provide accurate and up-to-date registration, contact and invoicing details.
- Not to share account credentials with third parties and to be responsible for all actions taken through the account.
- To pay accrued fees when due.
- Not to misuse the panel and APIs for automated scanning, data scraping or selling services to third parties (reselling requires the Reseller Agreement).
6. Obligations of the Service Provider
- To process the order within a reasonable time and to present progress transparently via the live report link.
- To process User data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and KVKK.
- To use only Google’s official tools and never to apply any method that would put the User’s business profile at risk.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service Provider’s total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount paid by the User under that order. No liability is accepted for delays or outcomes resulting from changes to Google’s policies or infrastructure, third-party API outages or force majeure. Claims for indirect damages, loss of profit and loss of reputation are excluded.
8. Termination
The User may close the account at any time; fees accrued up to the moment of closure remain payable. The Service Provider may suspend or terminate the account in the event of a breach of this Agreement, default in payment or abuse.
9. Intellectual property
The Site, panel, reports, software and content belong to the Service Provider. The User is entitled to use only the reports relating to the User’s own businesses.
10. Disputes and entry into force
This Agreement is governed by Turkish law; the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction over disputes. For consumer transactions, the right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts is reserved. Upon registration, the User declares to have read and accepted this Agreement, the Distance Service Agreement and the Data Protection Notice (KVKK).
