Since our service involves no prepayment, a “refund” rarely arises: you pay nothing for a review that is not removed. This policy explains under which conditions a refund or credit is made in cases where a fee has accrued.
1. Order cancellation
- You may cancel your order in the panel at any time, free of charge, before a removed review is detected.
- For partially completed orders (some reviews removed), only the fee for the removed reviews accrues; the remaining reviews are taken out of processing.
2. Reinstated reviews — guarantee
- A removed review is monitored automatically during the guarantee period (30 days by default).
- If the review is republished within the guarantee period: if already paid, the fee is refunded/credited to your balance; if unpaid, it is deducted from the amount owed; a new report is filed for the review.
- For reviews republished after the guarantee period has expired, a new order must be created.
3. Objection to incorrect accrual
If you believe a review appears as removed although it has not been, you can run an instant re-check with “Check” in the order details or open a support request. Objections are reviewed within 3 business days; if justified, the amount is immediately credited back to your balance.
4. Payment refunds
- Excess or duplicate payments made by bank transfer are refunded to the same account within 5 business days from the date of the request.
- For credit card payments, the refund is made to the card used for the payment; it may take 3–10 business days to appear at your bank. The card transaction fee (5%) is not refunded, as it is not returned by the payment provider.
- You may use refund amounts in your balance for subsequent orders or request a cash refund.
5. How to request a refund
- Panel → Support → “New request”, or e-mail [email protected].
- State the order number, the review concerned and the reason for the request.
- Your request is answered within 3 business days.
6. Statutory rights
This policy does not limit your statutory rights under Turkish Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. Your right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and the Consumer Court is reserved.
