The Google Maps reviews scanned through the Site are data published publicly by Google; the reviewer’s display name and review text are processed solely for the performance of the service and only for the duration of the related order.
3. Purposes of processing and legal bases
- Conclusion and performance of the contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c): account creation, business scanning, order creation and tracking, provision of the live report, balance and collection management.
- Legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç): issuing invoices, retaining traffic records under Law No. 5651, responding to requests from competent authorities.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f): information security, fraud prevention, measuring service quality, responding to support requests.
- Explicit consent (Art. 5/1): sending marketing e-mails and marketing cookies. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
4. Transfer of personal data
Your data may be transferred, in compliance with KVKK Art. 8 and 9, (a) to our suppliers such as hosting, e-mail, payment infrastructure and Google Maps data providers for the provision of the service, (b) to competent public authorities and institutions within the scope of legal obligations, and (c) if you operate through a reseller account, solely to the reseller who registered you. Where servers or API providers located abroad are used, the transfer is carried out within the framework of countries declared by the Board to provide adequate protection or standard contractual clauses.
5. Method of collection
Your personal data is collected through web forms, panel usage, e-mail and WhatsApp correspondence, payment notifications and cookies, by fully or partially automated means.
6. Retention period
Account data is retained for the duration of your membership and for 10 years after it ends (limitation period under the Turkish Code of Obligations); invoices and financial records for 10 years (Tax Procedure Law); traffic records for 2 years (Law No. 5651); marketing consent until withdrawn. At the end of the period, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your rights under KVKK Art. 11
- To learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom the data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate,
- To request deletion or destruction under the conditions of KVKK Art. 7,
- To request that correction / deletion be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- To object to a result arising against you from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems,
- To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
