4.2. The service fee arises only for reviews whose removal from Google Maps is detected in the panel, at the moment of detection. No fee is charged for reviews that are not removed.
4.3. The accrued fee is reflected in the Buyer’s panel as “Balance”; the Buyer pays it within the term stated in the panel. The invoice is issued as an e-archive invoice using the details provided by the Buyer and sent by e-mail.
Article 5 — Right of withdrawal

5.2. Pursuant to Art. 15/1-ğ of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has begun with the consumer’s approval and has been completed (i.e. for removed reviews). Each removed review constitutes performance of the service for that review.
5.3. The fee for reviews republished within the guarantee period is refunded or credited in accordance with the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Article 6 — Obligations of the Service Provider
The Service Provider processes the order within a reasonable time, uses Google’s official reporting and appeal tools, presents progress through the live report and informs the Buyer about the outcome of the order via the panel and e-mail. The decision to remove a review rests with Google and the outcome is not guaranteed; for this reason the fee depends solely on the outcome.
Article 7 — Obligations of the Buyer
The Buyer confirms that it is authorised over the business, that the information provided is accurate and that it will pay the accrued fee when due. Statutory interest accrues on unpaid amounts and the account may be suspended.
Article 8 — Disputes
Complaints and objections are submitted to [email protected]. Buyers acting as consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at their place of residence within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade. For commercial Buyers, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction.
Article 9 — Entry into force
When creating the order, the Buyer confirms having read all terms of this Agreement, having received the pre-contractual information and having approved it electronically. The order record and this text constitute written evidence of the contract.
